Jane cherished and was cherished by her granddaughter, Tory Emery.  Lovingly remembered by her nephews Andrew (Jeanne) Medland and John (Jenny) Medland.

She grew up in Toronto attending Bishop Strachan School and University of Toronto, Trinity College. She spent summers of her youth at the family cottage on Toronto Island and Glen Bernard Camp.
