Saturday, September 15, 2018Dear Tim, I remember your mother so fondly. In fact, your father and sister in the same way. I always felt welcome in your home, and Eva was responsible for that. As well, I thank you for always being a bit of a 'big brother' to me. Please let me know if you ever get to Vancouver. I'm thinking of you. Hank

Wednesday, September 12, 2018Dear Tim, I was sad to read of Eva’s passing— please accept my condolences. My sisters and I (you may recall, “The Pollak Girls”) have been sharing fond memories of your family from our Oakville days and beyond. Although I had not seen Eva in many years, she rests in my mind as a lovely, warm and engaged woman. Kind regards to you and your family, Nancy PS: My old mother, Ann, is hanging in there (Ottawa). I am in Vancouver, where I have lived for 40 years. If you ever out this way, please feel free to look me up.

Wednesday, September 12, 2018To Tim and Family, I am so sorry for your loss of Eva. She was a wonderful person and I am so thankful to have known her. We had many conversations about her family, the cottage, her travels around the world, developmental services sector issues and world politics. Eva was an inspiration to me and I believe to all who had the good fortune to know her. I will miss her, her laughter and her optimistic outlook on life. I hope that you and your family will find comfort in sharing your many memories of this most wonderful lady. Take care, Wendy

Wednesday, September 12, 2018Eva and Michael were wonderful and engaged parents of their daughter Christine who received supports and services through Community Living Toronto. They were long time members of our Association and served on North York Council as volunteers for many years. They were great supporters of our work, always willing to help in any way they could. Rest In Peace, Eva.
