We knew Gwen for at least 30 years. She was big part of the Toronto bridge community. My husband, Alex, and I ran many bridge games for many years, in which she participated. Gwen was always wonderful company and was loved by everyone. She was a good sport. She invited me for lunch at Dunfield a couple of years ago and we visited in her lovely room. I saw her shoe and clothing collection. Wow! She was a snappy dresser, always elegant and looking like a million dollars.
She was a kind and caring person and will be missed by so many.
Rest in peace, Gwen.

Dear Kelly and family,
I was sadden to hear of your dear mother's death. She was a wonderful person and such fun to be with, at the bridge table or away from the bridge table. I know that she was extremely proud of you Kelly and all your amazing accomplishments. You were so good to her and she spent many pleasant hours in your home. You will miss her smiling happy presence as all that knew her will also miss it.
I am up in the Madawaska Valley and will not be able to attend the celebration of life for our dear Gwen. I am truly sorry that I will not be able to attend but will be with you in spirit.
